🌸 Pregnancy Yoga coming to our online classes weekly, Friday evenings at 7pm with the very knowledgeable and lovely Kelly 🌸

Starting this Wednesday at 5:30pm we have the lovely Mel guiding you through a beautiful Yin practice! Come and join the Meads Yoga Family on Zoom 💛

Time to slow down. This is a slow paced style of yoga using props to assist, where poses are held for 3-5 minutes in order to reach the parasympathetic nervous system, open up our energetic pathways, strengthen our joints and connective tissue and allow your muscles to deeply relax. Book Class

Kelly will be coming live from her home on Tuesday morning to guide you all through an hour long class for you and bump 💛
