Public Statement for Bourne Support Services: Successful Outcome for Deputyship Application

We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone for Bourne Support Services and, more importantly, for one of the dedicated families we support.

After facing two previous refusals through solicitor-led applications, the family approached us as a last resort, seeking guidance, advocacy, and support. Understanding the complexity and emotional weight of this case, we knew how crucial it was to get it right this time.

We worked tirelessly to compile a comprehensive, evidence-backed application that clearly demonstrated the family’s unwavering commitment, the child’s ongoing needs, and the essential role they play in ensuring his well-being. We gathered extensive documentation, collaborated with healthcare and education professionals, and left no stone unturned in building a robust and compelling case.

We are proud to announce that the Court of Protection has now officially awarded the family Deputyship.
