Happy Birthday to all you lovely Virgos!

There is now a shift as we head into this mutable sign that acts as a bridge between Summer and Autumn.

A time for more stillness and introspection as we shift from the active Yang energies of Leo and into the Ying and receptive energies of Virgo.

Virgo is the sign of the healer so don't resist the change, everyone needs a quiet spell to be still and heal, to purify, rest and discern what's good for your body.

My 2 favorite crystals for Virgo Season are Smoky Quartz for powerful grounding and Fluorite for mental clarity.
