Tuesday - 11.15-12.15 Mummy Yoga at the Yoga Life Studio £5
Wednesday - 9.30 - 10.30 Open Air Yoga in the Holywell Retreat, Donations
Wednesday - 1.00-1.45 Lunchtime Yoga at the Yoga Life Studio, £5
Friday - 1.00 - 1.45 Restorative Yoga at the Yoga Life Studio, £5
Sunday 10.00-11.00 Family Yoga at Yoga Life Studio £5/10
Sunday 11.15-12.15 Yoga for ALL

Thank you all for coming and despite the super early start we were all so happy to be there and start the longest day of the year together on the beach 🏖️
