Eastbourne Shopmobility provides manual or powered wheelchairs, and scooters to members of the public with limited mobility. Please note that we are operating on limited hours and will be closed 12.30-1pm for Lunch. We are a registered charity affiliated to the National Federation of Shopmobility. Our purpose is to enable customers with a temporary or permanent disability to shop in the Arndale Ce

ntre and to enjoy facilities in the town centre and on the seafront. You do not have to be registered disabled or be in possession of an orange / blue card to use the Shopmobility scheme. Our office is just outside the rear entrance doors of the Arndale Centre by Marks & Spencer and adjacent to the car park exit ramp. We have a range of mobility aids for you to choose from including:
•Manual Wheel Chairs
•Scooters
•Power Chairs

Hope everyone is enjoying this lovely spring weather. For those in need of some help to get around the town and seafront, we are open TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY, 9.00 am to 4pm. for the hire of mobility scooters and wheelchairs. Phone 01323 439585 for details.

Have been away from Shopmobility since Christmas with bout of flu followed by knee replacement op on 6 February. Now have OK to resume normal life with care, so will be back in office next week and looking forward to seeing volunteers and customers again.
