I run swimming lessons here in Patcham and wanted to share this as we head into autumn, it’s a great time to help kids and adults feel comfortable and strong in the water before the new year.

This Halloween, swap the broomstick for a kickboard! No tricks, just treats, swimming skills that are fun for all ages!

Whether your child is splashing in the pool now or heading off on holiday soon, keep that excitement going with our structured swim lessons this September!

Our small-group lessons in Eastbourne and Patcham are led by our experienced instructors, who focus on building confidence, improving technique, and making swimming fun for ages 4 to adult.

Locations and Timings:
- Eastbourne: Ocklynge School (BN20 8XN), on Saturday mornings with small groups of 4 to 1
- Patcham: BN1 8NR, on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday after school with small groups of 3 to 1
