I have been a practicing counsellor since 2006 having qualified form Brighton University in Person Centered Counselling. After living abroad and seeing different cultures and seeing the happiness, positivity and drive people had in adverse circumstance I went through my own journey. I worked in East Sussex schools with children with emotional and behavioural difficulty that were in care. For a number of years I was employed by the NHS as a counsellor, running groups in CBT, anxiety and depression. Currently I run CBT based anger management workshops for Counselling Pulse in Hastings and Action for Change in Eastbourne.
