Having set up and run a very successful vegan/vegetarian cafe in Eastbourne for 4 years I wanted to expand in the service I could offer, so the cafe has now been sold . I now will be offering vegan/vegetarian cookery days,classes and courses,plus resedential courses. Pop up suppers and brunches on their way very soon
