Welcome to the first Tuesday Affirmation of August, I hope you are enjoying the summer. This week I am going to keep the Affirmation in a lighter mood. I came across this lovely blessing and thought the energy behind it was perfect for this week.

Welcome to this week's Affirmation Tuesday. This week, as the summer holidays are here, I thought that we would take a lighter look at an Affirmation. The Affirmation I have chosen is "The more you Laugh, the better you live" When you laugh, you raise your vibrations, when you raise your vibrations, you feel happier, life around you becomes easier, and everything feels so much better.

Today is Affirmation Tuesday and this week I felt drawn to take us back to basics. This week we are looking at being Happy, it is one of the basic needs we all have is to be happy, but in these busy times, it is often put to the back of our minds. The Affirmation image this week is " Always find time for the things that make you feel HAPPY" It may be something as simple as a morning coffee on your own or with a friend, or it may be an evening out with a loved one, or listening to music. It could be many things, but doing things that make us happy raises our positive vibrations, lifts our spirits and is good for our wellbeing. It also makes us smile, and the world around us looks wonderful. I hope you will try this Affirmation, and also try to find the time to be happy and improve your sense of wellbeing. Would you like to know more and gain a better understanding of the Spiritual Path. At our new Spiritual Group, we will be looking deeper into the roles of Guides, Angels, Ascended Masters, and how we can work with them more.

Hi everyone, welcome to this week's Tuesday Affirmation. I hope that you all had a wonderful Easter break, and that you made lots of happy memories. This week we are looking at Gratitude and how it can make a difference to our day to day lives. The Affirmation this week is "It is not joy that makes us Grateful, it is gratitude that makes us Joyful". With Gratitude, the more we are grateful and say Thank You for what we receive the more good things we will receive. Gratitude uses the Law of Attraction and therefore the more grateful we are, the more we attract the same positive energies to us. If you would like to know more about the Law of Attraction please let me know ### I hope that you will try this Affirmation, please feel free to let me know how it works for you. I also teach Reiki in small groups and at Sussex Downs College. I am an EFT Advanced Practitioner and Trainer and can help remove fears, phobias, anxiety, depression and limiting beliefs plus teach EFT in workshops and Practitioner Training. I am available for Angel/Tarot Card readings on a 1-1 basis or in groups hold weekly Psychic Awareness and Development Groups on a weekly basis.
