Can't believe my time today at Brighton Marathon ☀️
Training paid off with a 5 minute PB in 3.42.00 🥳
Thank you to Aislinn Darvell (my PA and PT 😆) for believing in me, encouraging me and helping me with my training and pacing today. For chucking water over my head, getting my drinks and peeling oranges during the run 🍊 Special thanks to Tina MacEnhill for believing in me and chasing me down with sweets at 14 miles which really put a smile on my face ❤️ Thank you to Carl Barton for nearly pulling a muscle trying to spot us for support and for carrying my heavy bag 😆
Hopefully now we can all run London 2025 together and enjoy it

Let us all be mindful in everything that we do 💙

When we appreciate what our bodies allow us to do each and every day we start to listen to its needs. Recovery is as important as the work you put in as without recovery you cannot progress, not just physically but also emotionally ☺️

Enjoy all the down time you schedule into your daily and weekly life and replenish your mind and body with all things positive. Relax and enjoy the journey 💖

Well done to all my clients who have got this year off to an amazing start as January can often have its blues 💙 but many of you have been doing red ❤️ (run every day) the Accumulator for an amazing charity WOLO or just doing something new or keeping active as it is so important for our health and happiness 👍

we don't have to run hundreds of miles or cycle tour de france or swim the ocean but doing something little even just a nice relaxing dog walk can do you wonders

I am always here to help keep your body healthy and help your happiness journey
