3 Tips For Beginners ⬇️
1️⃣ Start lighter than you think
We might feel capable of more weight & intensity, but our body needs time to adapt first
2️⃣ Avoid high impact exercises at the start
Strength based movements with a controlled pace is a great place to start. Get your muscles and connective tissue strong BEFORE high impact
3️⃣ Focus on consistency first
Being able to turn up again and again is the key to progression. Become consistent first, up the intensity later!
