My Story
With over 20 years experience in nursing I have seen how ill health has a huge impact on life and relationships. I have always had an interest in holistic & complimentary therapies.
My passion is to help people live their best life and be the best version of themselves.
Having been through some stressful and painful periods in my life I found that Reiki has helped me physically, emotionally and mentally. The benefits to my life have been immense. I wanted to give something back; to help others to look after themselves. It was then that I decided to train as a holistic therapist. To give everyone the opportunity for some ME time.
