By worrying we empower the object of our worry and disempower ourselves. We give our creative energy to people and things/stuff .

Lets get together on our yoga mat this week and empower the Self! Reclaim all our recourses, enable our creative energy to flow abundantly. It is the fuel that allows our dreams to come true. The fuel that gives wings and strength to fly.

Tuesday 7.15 - 8.30 pm Yoga-Life Studio.

Wednesday 6.30 - 7.30 pm Luke's Church, Stone Cross.

Friday 9.00 -10.00 am 4front Physiotherapy (special offer £6.00) .

Saturday , one to one massages, healing and guidance.
