The Sacred Soul thesacredsoul.uk 💛 Reiki is a Japanese spiritual healing practice. The word Rei which means "Universal life" and Ki which means "Energy".

Reiki is commonly translated as "Universal Life Energy"

Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. A person's "Ki" should be strong and flow freely when this is the case a person is emotionally, mentally and physically balanced in other words they are in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked this can lead to imbalance throughout the body and mind.

Reiki is a healing technique where the reiki practitioner administers energy healing by touch or placing hands just above the body. Reiki can also be administered from a distance, which Is my favourite way to send healing to animals. It also enables me to be able to send healing to wildlife and animal rescue centres anywhere in the world
