The Heart behind “Find Flow with Faye”

I’m Faye, the heart behind Find Flow with Faye and I’m so excited to be sharing my offerings with you here in this beautiful space with Bella.

Teaching 3 classes a week at The Zen Garden of 26 & 2 Original Hot Yoga

It’s a moving meditation that strengthens body and mind, teaching you to lean into the discomfort and come out feeling grounded, clear, and craving more. I’m the only one offering this style here in Eastbourne, and I’d love for you to experience it.

I also hold Cacao Circles, gentle gatherings with reflection, journaling, meditation & a little Reiki magic too. A chance to pause, connect, and nourish your inner self.

My mission? To create a space where you can slow down, reset, and reconnect, whether through the fire of Hot Yoga or the softness of Cacao Ceremony finding balance within our lives.

I’m extremely grateful to be part of this beautiful community. Can’t wait to flow with you at the Zen Garden
