I believe mental health is important and people who are struggling, or need someone to talk to, should be able to do so in a timely manner. Huge waiting times and high costs should not be a problem in today’s day and age, especially with the cost of living adding extra pressure to everything that might be going on already. I have a Doctorate in Psychology and a passion for helping people find their own way to sale through life. And I do believe in the gift of life, and out duty in honouring this gift, be happy and be of service to others. As much as I can’t offer free support, I am not attached to a set fee, as I believe everyone is unique and comes with their own set of circumstances. Therefore, if you believe I can be of assistance to you, or someone you know, do not hesitate to get in touch.
