Fred has been training at PFG now for “many moons,” his words. 😂
Fred is a world-class powerlifter who has competed at the top of our sport, and he is now making a big name for himself on the ABS platform.

This is Sarah.

Sarah has been training at PFG for 5 years and has done both Powerlifting and Bodybuilding since she joined.

In 2022, she competed in bodybuilding for the first time, and in 2024, she achieved her PCA pro status in Wellness.

She is an online coach based in Eastbourne who helps women change their lives, grow their self-belief, and improve their relationship with food.

We are proud to have athletes like Sarah in our gym representing what we are building here.
