This week, for our Tuesday Affirmation, I am using one of my favourite images. I don't think you can look at this image without a smile coming across your face, so I have decided to use it again today. The Tuesday Affirmation is "A day without laughter is a day wasted." As we have discussed before, laughing raises our vibrations and when that happens, our bodies release endorphins which promote an overall sense of well-being. It can also protect our hearts and can even temporarily relieve pain. I hope that you will give this week's Affirmation a try and have a fun week. We have been very busy making our latest range of crystal healing jewellery. Welcome to this week's Tuesday Affirmations and to the first week of September. This week, I came across this Affirmation and Positive Thought, and I felt that it was true. In our busy lives, we sometimes forget just how awesome, strong, worthy, and all the other great things we may be, but have forgotten.
The Affirmation I have created for this week is " I am Awesome, I am Worthy and I Tell Myself this Every Week" I hope you will try this Affirmation and see what difference it can make for you.

At our monthly Understanding Working With Spirit Circles we look at the Philosophy of Spirit and how Angels, Ascended Masters, and Spiritual Beings can help us on our Spiritual Journey.

Welcome to this week's Tuesday Affirmation. I hope that you are all enjoying these summer days, and managing to stay cool in the return of the high temparatures. This week I have chosen "I choose..........." as the weekly Affirmation. We sometimes forget that we are in charge of our lives, we cannot choose what happens to us, but we can choose how we react to what is happening. You can choose one of the ideas in this image, or all of them or, simply decide on one that you have created. I couldn't decide which of these ideas so this week I Choose to use them all.
