She represents the hearth fire, the creative spark, and the gentle flame of hope.

Wishing Everyone a Blessed Yuletide as we reach the Winter Solstice and the shortest day of the year. From today, we are bringing the light back to the earth and to our lives.
Yuletide is a time to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the new year. Many people celebrate Yuletide with rituals and ceremonies that honour the return of the light. These rituals often involve lighting candles, burning incense, and making offerings to the gods and goddesses. However you celebrate this Winter Solstice I wish you all a wonderful Solstice full of everything you would wish for yourself.

This week, for our Tuesday Affirmation, I am using one of my favourite images. I don't think you can look at this image without a smile coming across your face, so I have decided to use it again today. The Tuesday Affirmation is "A day without laughter is a day wasted." As we have discussed before, laughing raises our vibrations and when that happens, our bodies release endorphins which promote an overall sense of well-being. It can also protect our hearts and can even temporarily relieve pain. I hope that you will give this week's Affirmation a try and have a fun week. In our busy lives, we sometimes forget just how awesome, strong, worthy, and all the other great things we may be, but have forgotten.
