Welcome to the first Tuesday Affirmation of August, I hope you are enjoying the summer. This week I am going to keep the Affirmation in a lighter mood. I came across this lovely blessing and thought the energy behind it was perfect for this week.

Welcome to this week's Affirmation Tuesday. This week, as the summer holidays are here, I thought that we would take a lighter look at an Affirmation. The Affirmation I have chosen is "The more you Laugh, the better you live" When you laugh, you raise your vibrations, when you raise your vibrations, you feel happier, life around you becomes easier, and everything feels so much better.

Would you like to know more and gain a better understanding of the Spiritual Path. At our new Spiritual Group, we will be looking deeper into the roles of Guides, Angels, Ascended Masters, and how we can work with them more.

Welcome to this week's Tuesday Affirmation. This week, we are looking at using Affirmations in steps to bring our desired futures to fruition. Our Affirmation this week is "Every Day I Become Closer to My Dreams, Every Day Dreams are Becoming a Reality". So we are not only believing that our dreams are becoming closer, for which we are grateful, but our dreams are also becoming a reality. Once again, we are keeping a Positive Mental Attitude about what is happening for us.
I hope that you try this Affirmation, or create a two-step Affirmation, for yourself, that is relevant to what is happening in your life.

Welcome to this week's Tuesday Affirmation I do hope that these Affirmations are helping bring your dreams and goals into your life. This week's Affirmation is " I am doing the best I can and that is enough for today" . When we have difficult periods in our life, our thoughts can overwhelm us, and sometimes we don't know the best thing to say or do. This Affirmation tells us to do the best that we can, one day at a time until we feel stronger and know what to do to move us further along our path. It's asking us to be gentle and kind to ourselves. We can all be a little hard on ourselves at times, adding to the stress that we are under. Why not try this Affirmation and being kinder to yourself this week. I would love to hear how you find using this Affirmation.

The affirmation this week is "There will always be someone who can't see your worth. Don't let it be you" Believing in ourselves and our worth isn't always easy todo, so many people over the years tell us we're not good enough, not clever enough, not ready, not clever enough, I could go on and on, however we are worth so much more than all those things. We are worthy of Love, worthy of Happiness, worthy of that Job or Business, worthy of all the things we truly want in our lives. Welcome to the last Tuesday Affirmations of this month. I hope that it finds you well and happy. This week our Affirmation is by Dr Wayne Dyer, I'm sure lots of you are fully aware of him and his wonderful teachings. I like this one because it covers all angles of problems and worries. The Tuesday Affirmation is "When you find yourself troubled by anything say out loud: I am more than what bothers me". I think that this is easy to remember, short and to the point. I hope that you will give this one a try and you will let me know how this is working for you.
