We have a taster session on bank holiday Monday 4th May from 11am - 1pm. Free use of equipment and you get coaching. Just wear trainers and comfy clothes. And this year it’s only £50 for new members for the whole season.

Some of our members did a great CPR session recently with St. John’s. We all feel more confident to use the defibrillator, if ever needed, and to help save a life.
They are offering a free session to anyone, see info below. It’s free but donations are welcome.

🏆 A massive congratulations to Team England who have won the Women's International Series for the 42nd time after a convincing win against Scotland this morning.

Yesterday the team beat Wales and Ireland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Well done to Mandy (ladies champion) & Nathan (men’s champion) who played for the Kite Trophy today. It was a close match with Mandy winning in the end. Fantastic turn out from members, family and friends to support these two great players.

It’s finals week and we’ve had every type of weather so far! Great turn out by our club spectators as always.
