This last month may have been full on, stressful and tiring so take some time to look after yourself.

All my treatments are aimed at relaxing tired bodies and busy minds. A time to switch off, to float away to relaxation land and to feel wonderful after being pampered.

My favoured treatment of last week was definately any of the hot stone combinations. The stones are used to massage the back and not just placed on the back. The heat of the stones work deeper than the heat of the hand. A truely muscle melting experience.

A 40 minute back, neck and shoulder hot stone massage is £35.

A 75 minute full body including hot stones in the back massage is £55

A back, neck and shoulders hot stone massage followed by a facial which is 1 hour 40 minutes of bliss, £65
