Starting yoga is a wonderful way to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress and support both physical and mental wellbeing. Regular practice can help with posture, balance, relaxation and creating a positive routine for the week ahead. Perfect for beginners and those returning to yoga.
🪑 Chair Yoga Returns

Chair yoga is gentle, supportive and accessible for all. It helps improve mobility, circulation, balance and joint health, while also promoting relaxation and confidence—ideal if getting up and down from the mat is challenging or if you prefer a slower-paced class.
💷 Drop-in classes
• Chair Yoga: £10 per class or £30 for the month
* Wednesday Hatha Yoga 10-11am restarts 7th January. ( one temporary space available)
