Is it time for Change in your Life?
Hi, I’m Alison and I am really excited to be welcoming you to my growth, energising
and Transformational Fulfilment Coaching sessions at this beautiful Sea View Venue.
This is your invitation to take time for you in my safe, relaxed and supportive space
where you can pause, talk openly, without judgement and gain clarity on any area of
your life.
I am naturally passionate about supporting you to create positive, meaningful
change, helping you to connect with your best self and to identify together what is
truly important to you in your life. One to one sessions with me will open your mind to
new possibilities to enable you to live a more fulfilling and happy life. Life is so
precious and if you are currently feeling stuck, unfulfilled, questioning your choices,
decisions and behaviours then this is a sign it is time for change.
There are many different areas we can discuss including a clearer sense of direction
and focus, a more positive energised mindset, increased confidence and self
esteem, life balance, goal setting, time management, your vision and values,
emotional balance, self discovery, inner peace and calm, uplifting your energy, plus

A little about me
I am a proud mum of four amazing adults and I deeply value personal growth and
the journeys we all take. I’m Passionate about making the most out of life, sharing
my wisdom and I have many passions outside of my work, including playing the
guitar and ukulele, singing in Rock Choir, live music, exercise, spending time in
nature, socialising and travelling to the Greek Islands.
I started on my Personal Development journey in 2012 and I completed my NLP
Practitioner Certification and my Personal Performance Certification. I found these
courses so inspirational and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of them, opening my
mind, gaining increased self confidence, mindset shifts and new awakenings.

New Moon Yoga Nidra | Saturday 18th January

The first New Moon of 2026 rises in Capricorn on January 18th - a powerful moment to pause, plant seeds, and set intentions for the year ahead.

New Moons invite us to begin again. Capricorn asks us to get grounded, resourceful, and wise. Together, they offer something rare: a chance to commit to what truly matters to us from a place of deep rest, not depletion.

Sunday evening (6pm at the Beach Studio), we'll rest deeply under this New Moon and allow clarity to emerge. What wants to grow this year? What needs to be anchored? What are you ready to commit to from your most restored self?

This is a standalone session - no experience needed, just come as you are.

From January 18th, I’m offering a 3-Week Yoga Nidra Introduction for those who are new to the practice. This small, intentional container runs over three consecutive weekly sessions, supporting a gentle arrival into deep rest through consistency—giving your nervous system the chance to recognise the space, feel safe, and rest more deeply over time.

Yoga Nidra is often described as an effortless form of meditation, practised lying down, and is particularly supportive for those feeling overstimulated, tired, anxious, or burnt out.

If you’re longing for rest that goes beyond relaxation—and into real restoration—you would be very welcome.

Hello I’m Emily

I recently located to Eastbourne after living abroad for decades. Finally settling down in this gorgeous part of the world has called me to ground in and find what I love most and there has been a resounding answer to that inquiry and work: PEACE, REST and REGENERATION!

I recently became a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator to add to my background and long career in holding and guiding groups across creative, coaching, and mentoring spaces. I came to Yoga Nidra during a period of unrecognised burnout and experienced its impact firsthand — particularly in supporting deep rest, improved sleep, clarity, and nervous-system regulation.

I offer classes at the Beach studio on Sunday evenings 6-7 and alternate Fridays beginning in February.

My teaching offers a steady, welcoming space that invites gentleness toward self and others, while supporting focus, creativity, and emotional resilience. I continue to deepen my studies of Yoga Nidra in 2026 with a 100YTT with Ally Boothroyd and the team, remaining passionate about making profound rest and restoration accessible in everyday life and facilitating the return to Self over time within the practice of Yoga Nidra.

I am also a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner, and am looking forward to offering immersions in nature as we get closer to Spring time.

Through guided Yoga Nidra and restorative practices, you’re supported to truly switch off—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This work is for people who are carrying a lot, feeling overstimulated, or quietly exhausted—and want to be held in rest rather than pushed to improve.

🍃Back pain is a common problem that can stem from various causes, including muscle strains, injuries, or underlying conditions, and often resolves on its own with rest and home care.

Causes of Back Pain:

🍃Muscle or Ligament Strain:

A common cause, often resulting from lifting heavy objects improperly or sudden awkward movements.

🍃Injuries:

Sprains, strains, or fractures to the spine can lead to back pain.

🍃Degenerative Conditions:

Conditions like arthritis, bulging or ruptured discs, and spinal stenosis can cause back pain.

🍃Other Medical Conditions:

Conditions like ankylosing spondylitis or osteoporosis can also cause back pain.

🍃Nerve Irritation:

Sciatica, or irritation of the nerve that runs from the pelvis to the feet, can cause back pain.

🍃Spinal Problems:

Spondylolisthesis (a vertebra slipping out of place) or scoliosis can cause back pain.

🍃Kidney Problems:

Kidney stones or other kidney issues can cause pain that radiates to the back.

Symptoms of Back Pain:

🍃Pain can range from mild to severe.
🍃Pain may be localized or radiate to the legs or elsewhere.
🍃Stiffness or tenderness in the back.
🍃Muscle spasms.
🍃Numbness or tingling in the legs or feet.
