Summer 2026 feels closer than you think ☀️💭

Holidays get booked so fast, don’t they? And every year I used to tell myself “I’ll feel better by then”… but the months flew by and nothing changed.

In around 18 weeks, we’ll be heading into June 😳
That means:
➡️ 1lb a week = over a stone gone

Imagine if a few years ago I’d decided to quit on myself.
If I’d listened to the excuses.
If I’d said, “I’ll start again on Monday”… and never really did.

I think about that sometimes.

Because here I am — still showing up.
Not perfectly.
Not every day full of motivation.
But consistently.

The truth is, it was never about willpower.
