are the proud hosts of the .uk 2024 World Championships this weekend , Eastbourne. Welcoming lifters from all over the UK and the USA 🇺🇸 and Canada 🇨🇦
MetamorFIT gym will be open over the weekend but some free-weight equipment will be unavailable.
Members are very welcome to come down to support the lifters and enjoy some crazy lifting!

are the proud hosts of this year's .uk British All-Round Championship and Southern Cup on Saturday 6th July. This does mean that the gym will be closed for the day.
Spectators are welcome and we look forward to welcoming our 23 lifters from all over the country.
