You Counselling Counsellor based in the Solihull, Knowle and Dorridge area. I offer face to face, telephone and online support for adults.

As a Counsellor, I understand that whatever difficulties you are experiencing will be personal to you and I know how important it is that they are treated that way regardless of what might be going on for others around you. I know how valuable counselling can be but also how daunting it can seem at first. I work with my clients to create an environment where they feel that they can trust me and be

listened to in a way that is not judgmental. I will offer you a safe and supportive space where you can talk about difficulties that you may be experiencing in relation to your past, your relationships or your current situation. I offer a person centred approach to my clients within areas such as grief and bereavement, depression, anxiety, life transitions and relationships.
