The new scheme offers independent living with access to on-site care for people over the age of 55*, with 60 apartments available for shared ownership and rent. Located in the beautiful village of Eastergate, Monaveen is situated around four miles from Chichester and four miles north of Bognor Regis. Monaveen is a short journey to all of your local amenities, including the South Downs National Park just one mile away. The court has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for both residents and visitors, which include a café/bistro and hair salon for use by the community. There is also a residents’ lounge, activity room, treatment room and communal gardens for residents and their guests to enjoy.
