Clinic finished for the week ✨

Treatment table packed away, borrow bags ready to drop off, and the room reset for a quieter pace.

I spend a lot of time encouraging others to slow down and look after themselves, so this is my reminder to do the same. A stretch on the yoga mat, a deep breath, and a little space to switch off from work mode.

There’s something really calming about resetting the room at the end of the week and creating a space that feels nurturing for me too. 🤍

What a weekend 🫶

Home… and taking a moment to really let it all land 🤍

So much pride in everyone from Phab Wirral this weekend. Challenges were met head-on, not individually, but together.

What stood out most was how naturally everyone supported each other. No lines between “carers”, parents or participants… just people showing up for one another, equally.

Helena threw herself into crate stacking, zip wire, caving and archery. Others took on the climbing wall and abseiling. Each person finding their edge and being encouraged to step beyond it.

Exhausting… yes. But invigorating at the same time.

And maybe this is the quiet takeaway…

Using a wheelchair or living with learning differences, doesn’t mean someone can’t, or doesn’t want to be included, challenged, or part of something bigger. Sometimes, all that’s needed… is the opportunity. ✨

Feeling so grateful today for the wonderful group who joined us for yesterday’s Spring Renewal Retreat 🌿

There was such a beautiful energy throughout the day… the kind that unfolds naturally when like-minded people come together with open hearts. The conversations, the shared moments, the quiet understanding between guests, it all felt very special.

And what a gift to have the sunshine with us too ☀️ Being able to step outside and practise yoga on the newly finished patio made it even more meaningful. A space that has been created with so much care ( and sweat 😅), now already holding such lovely energy.

Thank you to each and every one of you for bringing yourselves so fully to the day. It truly wouldn’t be the same without you 💛

Somewhere between running a business, planning a retreat, and remembering to drink my own herbal tea… I’ve apparently become a furniture upcycler too 😅

This little table has had a glow-up and is now ready as an oracle card space for tomorrow’s retreat guests ✨

I’ve been so busy behind the scenes creating, tweaking, and adding thoughtful touches… all with the intention of making the experience feel calm, supportive, and just a little bit special.

It’s never just “a retreat” for me… it’s the energy, the space, the details… and yes, sometimes a last-minute DIY project thrown in for good measure 🙈

I can’t wait to see it all come together tomorrow 🤍

Yesterday I went to a cacao ceremony… and it didn’t feel right for me.

That’s not to say it wasn’t valuable. The room was full, people clearly love it, and many were returning participants. There was a real sense that it meant something to those who were there.

But for me, it didn’t align with my energy, or the way I like to experience these kinds of environments. And for the first time, I chose to quietly leave part way through.

It felt like an important reminder that there isn’t one “right” way to support wellbeing. What feels deeply nourishing for one person might feel uncomfortable or simply not quite right for someone else. And that’s okay.

It’s something we hold close when creating our own retreats and spaces. Not to follow a formula, but to offer something that feels grounded, supportive, and gently held… while trusting each person to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. Wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, evolving, and deeply individual.

We always welcome feedback. It’s lovely to hear what people have enjoyed, but just as important for us to listen and learn. What did you love? What would you have loved more of? What could we do differently?

Because these spaces are not just about what we offer… but how they are experienced.
