                                            🌿 A reminder I needed today
I’ll be honest — I haven’t quite got the work/life balance right lately.
I love what I do, and when I get excited about new events, learning, planning, and growing as a practitioner, I tend to go all in.
But the truth is, I’ve been neglecting the very thing that keeps me balanced and thinking clearly… getting outside.
Just 30 minutes in nature this morning — fresh air, sunshine, a quiet path — and I could feel my shoulders drop and my mind settle.
Nothing fancy. No big routine. Just a walk.
And it’s made all the difference.
Now I feel ready for a full day in clinic — present, grounded, and focused.
If you’ve been in “go mode” too lately, this is your nudge:
Step outside.
It doesn’t have to be long.
