There are still spaces left for the Goddess Activation Dance ceremony being held at my very own sacred temple Monks Cottage Sanctuary

This evening is for women only (sorry dudes) where we can feel liberation and freedom in the expression of dance 💃

The night will consist of sisterhood, crystals, movement, chanting, drumming and actually connecting to our own inner goddesses

This is an evening of leaving judgement and limitations at the door and embracing and embodying your own inner passion, pleasure and joy

This is an 90min session starting with honouring ourselves at our altar
Chanting and drumming to activate our voices, movement and our goddesses and then we move into the expression of dance so we can move freely to the frequencies of music and rhythm and in that way recieve our Goddess activation

If this is for you it will take place on Thursday 20th November at 7pm till 8:30pm for just £22 pp

Please note this is not an exercise class you will not be pushed to dance more than half an hour this is a sisterhood and connection session

There are still dance spots available on this Goddess Activation Ceremony Session on Thursday 20th November at 7pm till 8:30pm at Monks Cottage Sanctuary

What to expect from the evening …. An introduction to the famous goddesses themselves to understand there essences and powers

We will create a safe temple space so we can feel safe being open and vulnerable within our movements and releases

An activation of the voice with some drumming , sacred goddess chants and raising our vibrations ready to call in the goddess essence and feel the inner vibrations rise as we prepare for the dance ceremony itself

Then we will blindfold ourselves and allow the music to take over or inner goddesses to allow our bodies to move in the power of freedom, sensuality and beauty

Why the blindfold you may ask?
The blindfold is used so you can’t see others move freely so they don’t feel judged, shamed or embarrassed of being sensual as they dance and activate …. And it also makes you feel safe because you also know you can’t be seen so you can move more freely with an open heart

I must stress that it’s all at your own pace and you can sit down or remive yourself whenever you feel comfortable and need to stop

There will be cards, crystals and more too

If this is for you it’s £22 for the ceremony and a safe space

It will be an intimate small group as we have limited movement & dance space and for a safe space environment
