Goddess ceremonial Dance Class this Thursday 26th March 7pm till 8:30pm at Monks Cottage Sanctuary
Come dance all your cares away, allow movement to be your expression and bring your own inner goddess to life

This is a non judgmental safe space, we leave shame at the door and bring excitement, joy and freedom forward

Today I sat and set the day plan and format out for my soul expression retreat on Saturday 18th April 2026 at Monks Cottage Sanctuary

The morning is for releasing,removing and removing which will intwine sacred and ancient rituals, initiations with goddesses and sacred ceremonies with a sprinkle of meditative journeying
Then the afternoon is a full Emerson of activation and connecting to our souls language
We will be activating out light language, creating our own sacred light language codes and allowing the symbols of light move through us as we learn to allow our bodies to communicate without sound ….. bloody beautiful

This day retreat has totally evolved since I introduced it months ago and I can not wait for the ladies who have already said yes to see and witness what this day beholds

I have one space left waiting for that one soul who is ready to use there sacred voice as a sacred tool

About last night...
Another great crafty evening with a lovely bunch of ladies. Everyone says what a peaceful space this is to spend some time, and how nice it is to purposely come to work on their projects without the distractions of daily life. It always goes so fast!
