We loved sharing all things Blue light toxicity today at the DPA conference. 💙

I'm now a member of the Development Practitioners Association and thoroughly enjoyed their annual conference today with speakers from NatureDoc Blue Skies Ahead UK and Language of Listening, amongst others. So much to absorb and integrate and every person who presented gave me lots to think about! From thinking about how nutrition affects children's brains and how to reduce blue light toxicity to the importance of the language we use when speaking to kids and understanding their behaviours. Primitive reflexes and ways to accommodate them to embodiment and creativity. A most enjoyable and thought-provoking day!
