Where thought goes energy flows. So we need to be mindful of our thoughts.

Viewed this way worrying is almost like praying for what you don’t want. So flip the script on your negativity and start focus on your hopes, dreams and desires.

When I was in my twenties my spiritual teacher would say - when you go to bed think about all the exciting things you’d like to manifest. Daydream about your desires and hopes. It’s such a great habit to do.

I used to lie in bed and imagine launching my own book at a party. Many years later my dream became a reality and my book launch was held in Waterstones flagship store in Piccadilly, London. I also held a launch party closer to home, in the VIP lounge of glamorous cocktail bar. It all came true. 🩷
