My name is Karen and since 2007 I became a certified Usui Reiki , Karuna Reiki , Spiritual, and Angel Therapy Practitioner, and full member of the International Practitioners Holistic Medicine. I am a natural healer, empath & sensitive and I work and help clients, old and new offering various healing & energy cleansing sessions from my home in a beautiful relaxing garden studio based in Eastham on the Wirral. Throughout my page, I share
peace, love & light with like minded people, Positive inspiration, daily Tarot/Angel Card messages, Free giveaways, distant healings, and spiritual guidance. My Mission is to promote healing, relaxation, give guidance,... just an overall a positive lift to help others, & rise the vibration! Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that is simple, natural & safe method of healing that anyone can have....pregnant ladies, babies, children & the elderly. Reiki helps cleanse, balance and restore physical, emotional well-being leaving you feeling more peaceful & relaxed ��

I genuinely love the way Reiki makes people feel, and being able to share it is beyond amazing to me! On arrival I will have a brief conversation of how I work, & to discuss any concerns you may have. You will remain fully clothed with exception of shoes & are asked to lay down on the therapy bed, a blanket is offered for comfort. Relaxation music, incense & crystals (optional) are offered to enhance the relaxation. Once you are comfortable I will begin to scan & open up your energy field, where this may tell me the areas of energy that could be blocked & would need working on. I then begin by placing my hands gently on & off the body in a series of positions that will cover the entire body. Each position is held for several minutes. �
Reiki can be felt as a pleasant warmth/tingling sensation flowing through the body, and often brings a meditative state of being. �
Spiritual experiences can occur during a session also. Reiki treatments are so completely relaxing you may even fall asleep!! �
Once the session has ended I will bring you out of your sense of deep relaxation, you will be given time to wake up as you may feel a little weightlessness and fuzzy headed, I will then explain to you what I picked up in the healing session and any advice will be given, a glass of water is advised making sure you are fully present and grounded before you leave. �

Good Morning!!

Today’s guidance, Forgiveness 🙏💚
You are being asked to start to let go of any anger, resentment regrets, pain, as you try to bring more peace into your heart ❤️

The best form of defence is not attack, it’s breathing, pausing, and not reacting and giving yourself a moment 💜

I know this is hard but holding onto resentment and anger preventing or even suffocating your spiritual growth can be damaging.
Forgiveness in its own right is equally incredibly powerful and it has the capacity to heal & transform.

Sometimes you can bend the rules, change the plans, adapt to new circumstances, and see where things end up…. Maybe a better place/position than the one you were in

A reminder for you to stop stressing as you trying to hard to work out what’s at play around a situation that may be bringing your vibration down.
Seeing a lot around relationships.
Rise above any problems , and ask to be shown clearly about what is happening in your life right now.
Trust in your intuition to guide you,
Don’t see yourself as stuck or lost, know you are in an energetic holding space while the universe adjusts itself.
Don’t let ego or doubts play games with you, trust that events will unravel in due time.

Good Morning!!

Keeping your focus is critical to achieving your goals, no matter what these may be.
Look at what may be draining your energy and hindering you.

Allow yourself to expand, learn, grow, try new things.
Growth may come in a variety of ways, yes it may take time, and will need attention, but ask yourself are you willing to change and adapt along the way.

I am also shown a tough few months for some of you from past situations/events, but know these moments were crucial for your soul growth, it may not feel like it, but moving forward, it’s like your blinkers have been removed and you know exactly what you want, and who you were meant to be to be.
