Si works hard in the gym and has been focussing on technique to support his back health, helping him achieve a recent deadlift PB πŸ’ͺ

He also attended our Olympic Lifting workshop with Coach Przemek Borak earlier this month to work on his form with the barbell, encouraged by his partner, Elinor Johnson We love having couples as members at the gym as they help to keep each other accountable and on track, this power couple is no exception! πŸ’‘
