Sound the alarm! We have another member in our 500 classes crew, it’s Matt Matthew Scott πŸ””πŸ””

Matt is a pretty well known face around these parts and on our socials - we are truly honoured to have been a part of his health and fitness journey over the last couple of years πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

Not only has Matt lost a load of fat mass and put on a ton of muscle, he has also competed in the and the Summer Games but most notably completed all 24 of the workouts during our recent REORG Charityarity fundraiser - phenomenal! πŸ€ͺ

We asked Matt if he had any thoughts on his journey and his 500 classes achievement and he said:

β€œTwo and a bit years ago I didn’t really think it was possible and yet here I am. I have really enjoyed a space where I can push myself both mentally and physically but, most importantly, I’ve been surrounded by a great community of supportive people, both coaches and members, who help you get through the tough times and celebrate the great times!”

πŸ“’ Our Fresh Start Nutrition Challenge starts Monday 1st September! πŸ“’

We run our nutrition challenges 3x per year and we’ve had nearly 70 of our members go through an iteration of the challenge, with most people seeing positive changes and some losing up to 6kgs!

This time around, for the first time, we are opening up the challenge to non-members too! πŸ€—

This is not a strict, quick fix, fad-type diet that you do for a month to lose a load of weight but then go back to your old habits - and put all the weight you lost back on πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

The point of this challenge is to establish healthy long-term habits, learn a few nutrition hacks, lose weight at a sustainable rate and improve your body composition (more muscle, less fat) πŸ“ˆ

As with all of our nutrition coaching, we use the Precision Nutrition methodology as the foundation of our challenges which is based around portion control (newsflash: this is the case with most β€˜diets’!).

The really good thing about Precision Nutrition is that it focusses on food quality as well as food quantity, unlike calorie counting where you could be making up your target number of calories with a whole load of junk food.

The challenge includes a 1:1 session at the beginning and at the end, personalised Precision Nutrition recommendations tailored to your goal, plus accountability and support through a private Facebook group.

Our 500 classes crew is growing! Next up, it’s this beaut, Peta-Anne Durrant! πŸŽ‰πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ₯‚

Peta joined us three years ago as one of our Founders’ Club members and has done three or four classes per week, every week for those three years - that is so much fitness!

She has also competed at Turf Games and most recently completed 15 back-to-back workouts through the night as part of our REORG Charity fundraiser πŸ’™

Stay tuned for another update coming soon on the amazing progress she has made since training with us, especially over the last year and a half πŸ™
