π’ Our Fresh Start Nutrition Challenge starts Monday 1st September! π’
We run our nutrition challenges 3x per year and weβve had nearly 70 of our members go through an iteration of the challenge, with most people seeing positive changes and some losing up to 6kgs!
This time around, for the first time, we are opening up the challenge to non-members too! π€
This is not a strict, quick fix, fad-type diet that you do for a month to lose a load of weight but then go back to your old habits - and put all the weight you lost back on π€¦ββοΈ
The point of this challenge is to establish healthy long-term habits, learn a few nutrition hacks, lose weight at a sustainable rate and improve your body composition (more muscle, less fat) π
As with all of our nutrition coaching, we use the Precision Nutrition methodology as the foundation of our challenges which is based around portion control (newsflash: this is the case with most βdietsβ!).
The really good thing about Precision Nutrition is that it focusses on food quality as well as food quantity, unlike calorie counting where you could be making up your target number of calories with a whole load of junk food.
The challenge includes a 1:1 session at the beginning and at the end, personalised Precision Nutrition recommendations tailored to your goal, plus accountability and support through a private Facebook group.
