The sun came out, backpacks on, and a bigger crew on the start line yesterday.

Good energy from the off. People getting stuck in, pushing themselves, and still finding enjoyment in it along the way.

That's what it's all about, movement, community and connections.

We have another member hitting their incredible 500 classes milestone - itโ€™s Ellie ๐Ÿฅณ

Ellie is regularly in the top few members of our monthly Committed Club, attending as many as 22 sessions per month! ๐Ÿ’ช

Lately she has been focussing on building her upper body strength and has added specific training towards this goal through our semi-private personal training programme, whilst still attending our regular classes four times per week. We see pull-ups in her future, itโ€™s just a matter of time! ๐Ÿ™

We asked Ellie how she has managed to commit to her training and if she has any words of wisdom:

โ€œSomething about PentaLife changed my mindset from someone who dipped in and out of 'working out' and never stuck with anything for the long term. I think the special sauce here is the tribe. I love that the workouts (although often hideous ๐Ÿ˜„) are never boring and you get through them with your workout buddies at your side, cheering you on. It's so gratifying when you can actually measure your results and see improvement. Now I get FOMO about WODs. Who'd have ever thought it?!โ€

You absolutely do not have to be competition-ready. You donโ€™t need to know what a burpee broad jump is. You donโ€™t even need to be a member. Just come and move with us.

Our HYROX class is open to drop-ins and itโ€™s always such a good atmosphere! Hard work, plenty of graft, lots of encouragement and that proper โ€œweโ€™re in this togetherโ€ energy.

This is a five-event virtual rucking (carrying a weighted back pack) competition running from March to July. Each month a new event drops and participants complete it virtually.
