We are a volunteer led recovery group open on a Thursday evening 7pm/9pm trying to help others by sharing our own experiences of recovering from Alcohol and Drug addiction.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over, expecting different results.
I can really identify with this quote particularly in addiction and sobriety. It will be different when I do it this way. It all leads back to the same thing.

When you change your relationship with Alcohol or Drugs it can often feel like a lonely place to be. There's a lot of shame and guilt and we feel misunderstood. Recovery Stop is a bridge to normal living. You will find like-minded people on the same journey as you all looking at what recovery could look like for the rest of our lives. What we love at Recovery Stop is the real authentic & honest check ins. Those moments of feeling genuine love & support. To know that you are not doing this journey of recovery from drugs or alcohol alone. Whether it's day 1, year 1 or simply that desire to stop, but you are struggling to find the courage and need some support then come along. Tonight we are meeting at Wells Place Centre 7pm.
