Staying Clean and Sober is not much fun on your own. You can feel isolated and no one understands your Recovery journey.

The more we hide, the less we heal. I know for me personally those words ring so true. I always thought I'm doing no harm to anyone and tomorrow will be different. Years later nothing had changed. Taking brave 🪜, being honest, open and willing was the start of my journey out of the hole that I found myself in. The Healing had begun. Recovery Stop has created a space where you can show up for yourself and start to Heal. See you tonight ❤️
