Recovery Stop We are not professionals, just people with a passion to give something back.

We are a volunteer led recovery group open on a Thursday evening 7pm/9pm trying to help others by sharing our own experiences of recovering from Alcohol and Drug addiction.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over, expecting different results.
I can really identify with this quote particularly in addiction and sobriety. It will be different when I do it this way. It all leads back to the same thing.
