๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐- is required to secure an appointment. The booking fee can be transferable if outside of the 48hours notice period this must be 2 working days. It will be non transferable if cancelled within this period. No reservation is possible without this payment. The booking fee is accounted towards your treatment price. A Minimum of 2 wor
king days is required to reschedule an appointment to another date and or time. Failure to give minimum 2 working days notice will result in loss of booking fee and additional charge (booking fee to be paid again) on the next appointment booked.
๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ- If you arrive earlier than the allocated time and there is no waiting area at the clinic. Please send A message and if we can see you earlier we will. No reply means we are still busy with the client before you. We will be with you as soon as we can. You will receive an appointment reminder hours before your scheduled appointment time via message. Please reply to this text so I know that you are attending (even if its just a thumbs up).
๐๐๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ - There is plenty of free parking. Please ensure you are in the correct bays.
2 hour bays- Just up from the clinic there is A whole one side of the road designated for 2 hours bay, there is a couple near 2 hours bays by premier shop. Also more towards Cherbourg school & Eastleigh college or on Derby Rd (near the school or by the shops)
4 hour bays- next to Emmanuel church/ little stars pre school. More bays towards Eastleigh college. If you are still struggling for parking beyond these instructions or have A medical condition due contact me. I will be available to assist as soon as I can.
๐๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ- If for any reason you are running late please get in touch as soon as possible. We understand sometimes out of your control. Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other clients scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed that day. Lateness may result inrescheduling your appointment for another day and the loss of your booking fee.
๐๐จ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ๐ฌ-In the event you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose the booking fee paid to secure the appointment and you will be required to give a new booking fee for your next appointment. If you miss two consecutive appointments without contacting the clinic, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ- Dermal fillers & Botulinum toxin appointments advice should be scheduled atleast 2 weeks before and 3 weeks after having your vaccine.
๐๐จ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฑ๐ข๐ง- Review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-3 weeks or inform us directly by this point no additional treatment or โtop upโ is provided once the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed.
๐๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฆ๐๐ค๐ ๐ฎ๐ฉ- is not suitable for everyone. We cannot guarantee a successful result on 100% of our clients especially those with problem skin and we do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to ourselves. Furthermore, complete symmetry is impossible to achieve and designing brows is generally determined by classic measurements that we customise on each client. SMPU is an art process and not an exact science. Also not everyoneโs skin and skin retention is the same and some clients may require further work until the treatment is deemed complete. Whilst some clients have a great result after two sessions there will always be a few that will need a third/fourth session.
๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐-๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐ค ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ฎ๐ฉ- If you canโt make your follow up appointment and need to reschedule to a later date if it goes beyond 9 weeks since your appointment, there will be a ยฃ50 fee. Itโs so important to make your 4-6 appointment for a good result! Leaving it too late may require a longer appointment or a third top up. Aftercare must also be followed for the best results.
๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐๐ก ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐ญ- is an option offered to all new clients. This has to be done at least 24 hours before the appointment date. However if you wish to not have this done, you can sign a waiver and therefore release the aesthetician/ smpu artist from liability if you develop an allergic reaction to the pigment or any of the products used. Please understand there are traces of nickel in some needles and smpu pigments and that this may affect you if you have an allergy to nickel. The sensitivity patch test will not always confirm or determine conclusively if you have an allergy to nickel or whether you will have a reaction to the products used within the treatment which you have requested.
๐๐๐๐ค๐๐ ๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐๐ค ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ- If a client fails to arrive for their appointment, or provides less than 2 working daysโ 48 hours notice of cancellation, the session will be deducted from course. Block bookings will only be refundable in exceptional circumstances and sufficient medical evidence is proven. Which acts as A contradiction from having the treatment. All packages are to be paid in full before treatment commences.
๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ- You accept that the minimum age for aesthetics procedures are 18 years old or above and you confirm to be aged 18 or above. If you are unable to provide identification, we will refuse treatment and you will lose your booking fee. You accept that patients are responsible for reading and understanding all consent forms, terms and conditions and relevant procedure information and risks as well as being compliant with aftercare as advised. We will be professional and courteous towards you and expect the same in return. If you have any questions or unsure of anything donโt hesitate to contact.
