To consider this weekend!
Yes, the evenings are drawing in, Hallowe'en (and Christmas) goodies are in the shops, BUT we still have a quarter of 2021 left to go! Let's use this quarter well.
Our 12 week Christmas Cracker Challenge begins next week (we'll launch from the clinic on Monday - all are welcome to drop in for a cuppa 11.30-2.
Bring a friend (or put him/her in touch if you can't make Monday) who joins the challenge and you can each choose a free product!

𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮'𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆

I spent most of my life with eating disorders of some kind or another Diabulimia, Bulimia, over eating, then starving myself!

My weight reached 19.5st at my biggest! It took me several years to then lose some weight!

When I found the 1:1 Diet I was 13.4st and desperately unhappy!

I was still fit and went to the gym 5 days a week and did yoga!
I started on step 5 due to being a Type 1 Diabetic, moving down to Step 3 over a few weeks!

My weight loss was great and I wished I’d found the plan sooner!

My weight is now 9st 11 the slimmest I’ve been in 30 years and my health has improved dramatically!

My Diabetes is so well controlled and my insulin need has gone from over 30 units a day to just 14!

My bloods are that of someone without Diabetes!

My Fibromyalgia is in remission and I haven’t felt better!

I’m looking forward to living again and starting back at the gym too...

My Sunday Afternoon sorted...
🍫☕️Calling all coffee lovers! Here's a super simple Tiramisu-style product hack using the new Mocha Bar MRP🍫☕️

Ingredients
The 1:1 Diet Mocha Bar MRP
The 1:1 Diet Vanilla Shake MRP
The 1:1 Diet Mix-a-Mousse
Cocoa powder ( tiny sprinkle)

Each serving: 215kcals ( or use full products and make 2 if you can bear to share??)

Method:
Make up a shot of coffee with 50ml boiling water, leave to one side
Cut up half your Mocha Bar into tiny pieces
Put the pieces of Mocha Bar and coffee into a small bowl and give a little mix
Make up half your Vanilla Shake and Mix-a-Mousse as per packet instructions
Get your ramekin or small bowl, use half of the Mocha mix and squash down into the bottom
Using half of the Vanilla Shake and Mix-a-Mousse mix, pour a layer on top of the Mocha Bar
Repeat
Sprinkle with a light dusting of cocoa powder
Set in fridge for 15 minutes aaaaaaaand voila!

Definitely better to avoid snacking between meals whenever you can, but if you really need something, or, if you want some crunch with your salad- from next week - you'll be able to try our delicious new Pop Squares. Why are they better for you than crisps?
Compared to a bag of Walkers crisps (nothing against Walkers - deelish, but as a popular brand example...)
Pop= 28g per bag - Walkers =25g per bag
Pop= 103 kcal on average / Walkers = 130 kcal.
Pop = 1.9 g fat per pack / Walkers =7.7g fat per pack
Pop =6.4g protein per pack / Walkers = 1.5g per pack
