With over 15 years of experience in diabetic eye screening, Steve is a highly skilled Senior Grader known not only for their clinical precision but also for their legendary collection of flamboyant shirts.

A passionate educator, Steve also serves as an assessor, guiding new screeners through their diploma with patience, humour, and a sharp eye for detail.
