Here we are, 2026; and it's already the 10th of January! 🤯
How are those New Year's resolutions going? I've stopped making them years ago as this Gemini just cannot do lists. I have however, already had my first Reflexology self-care session for the year AND I've also managed to have a lovely facial - and that is my real plans for this coming here - more me first! Let me know what you're planning for this year! I'm hoping it will include seeing me more often too ;-)

She offers Reflexology for Fertility (both female & male), Women’s Health, Stress & Anxiety and for Babies to Young Adults.
She also runs Reflexology and Massage for Little Ones Workshops, during which she teaches parents techniques, drawn from Reflexology and Massage, to help their Little Ones with the discomforts caused by wind, constipation, colic, reflux and teething.
Maria is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI); Holistic Massage Therapist & Hopi Ear Candle Practitioner.
