November marks Men’s Health Awareness Month, a time dedicated to increasing awareness of men's health issues, including fertility.

A reminder that men's health and fertility go hand in hand. Around 40% of infertility cases involve male factors, and the good news is that lifestyle can make a big difference.

Complete Fertility’s blog explores how your diet, exercise, alcohol intake, sleep, and stress all play a role in fertility, and how small, positive changes can boost your reproductive health.

Take this month as a chance to prioritise your well-being. Fertility is a shared journey and awareness is the first step.
