We are looking to once again increase our fantastic team, and we have an opening for healthcare Assistants/Carers/HCAs wishing to pick up agency day shifts as and when they wish too. We are a year round busy agency providing temporary staffing solutions to a large number of clients based in the Hampshire regions who use our services based on the quality of staff that we work with and also the backup service that we provide to both our staff and our clients alike.
This is one of the main jobs we supply staff for, and one of the most important jobs in the welfare of residents in homes. The relationships built between health care assistants and residents can help to improve the lives of the latter, and offer hard but rewarding work for the former. Within these roles, you will be responsible for the care of residents on a day to day basis and offer the highest level of professionalism and quality within your activities.
Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Home/General or Deputy Manager or the nurse in charge when on shift
*
Provide high standards of care to the residents at all times
*
Becoming part of the care homes team on the days you are there
*
Adhere to the client’s policies and procedures while working at their homes
Maintain detailed and accurate records and reports, including care plans
Report any concerns you may have to the home’s nurses or management.
Pick your own hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Salary: £9.00-£13.50 per hour
