I was so busy yesterday catching up on all the ‘jobs’ that needed doing in my personal life as I’d been working all week so I was rushing around like a loony! I stopped and noticed I’d been holding my breath often and my shoulders were tense, so I just stopped for five minutes, focused on relaxing my body and took some controlled breaths by inhaling, pausing then letting a slow exhale, I felt so much better afterwards and was more mindful of my feelings of overwhelm. 🫶🫶🫶
