Ho ho ho! 🎅 Look who vroomed into the Caremark Wi******er and Eastleigh office today!
We had a very special visit from the coolest Santa in town—the wonderful dad of one of our lovely customers—who arrived in style on his festive trike to drop off some amazing Christmas treats for the team! 🏍️🎄
The office is now well-stocked with chocolates, biscuits, and plenty of Christmas cheer. We were also so touched by the beautiful handwritten card from Erika, Karen, Andrew, and Tilly. Hearing that our team goes "above and beyond" for your family truly means the world to us. ❤️
A huge thank you for your incredible kindness and for making our day so bright. It is an absolute privilege to support your family!

​It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and celebrate together as a team. Thank you to everyone who attended and made it such a special, fun-filled night. Your hard work and dedication throughout the year truly deserve this celebration.

Taking a moment this festive season to reflect with gratitude and pride. 🎄🎅

Yesterday, we brought our team together for a Christmas dinner to show appreciation for the incredible carers who give so much of themselves every single day. Their compassion, integrity, and dedication are at the heart of everything we do.

Carers don’t just provide support- they bring dignity, comfort, and humanity into people’s lives. It takes strength, patience, and genuine kindness to do this work, and I’m honoured to lead a team who reflects these values in every interaction.

Looking around that evening, I felt truly proud.
Proud of the journey we’re on.
Proud of the culture we’re building.
And proud to have around 30 remarkable staff members who make a real difference in our community.
