I used to think holidays like this were for other people, not us.

Back then I couldn’t imagine feeling comfortable in my own skin, or ever being able to afford something like this.

To be here now, reflecting on what an incredible trip we had, watching the kids so happy and soaking it all in. It honestly feels like a dream I never thought we’d live! I’ll never stop being grateful for it. you have our hearts x

A little bit of everything this week:

🎤 Kicking things off with an incredible night with Craig David in Bournemouth (SO much nostalgia!) after a delicious dinner at Prezzo.

🚆 A trip to Birmingham with the kids to visit my lovely friend, and honestly, watching our little ones bond like family makes my heart so full.

Memories made, good food eaten, and a whole lot of love and laughter shared. Grateful for every bit of it! 💕

Yes, I followed what some might call a “crazy fad diet” – a structured, nutritionally complete plan with meal replacements but do you know what? I lost weight fast! 3 stone in 10 weeks and actually felt amazing while doing it.

Weight loss isn’t just about a number on the scales. It’s about:
