We’ve been in the new house a week and already cracking on with the renovations!

Rather than going all out and replacing the kitchen (one day 🤞🏻) we’ve decided to go for a more affordable makeover.

The guys at are giving our cupboards a full respray to completely freshen them up, I can’t wait to see the difference!

11 years in this house 🥹

When we moved in, Finley was just 2, it’s the only home he remembers. And Beth was born here.
It’s hard to even remember life before this place because every memory we have as a family seems to start within these walls.

It’s where we grew up as parents.
Where the kids grew up.
Where we laughed, cried, argued and made up.
Where they ran down around in their pyjamas, had the magic of Christmas together, left toys everywhere and drew on the walls…

It’s also where my business began to really grow.
At the dining table, between nap times and snack time, trying to build something that would change our lives. And it really did. This house saw the highs, the lows, the doubts and all the tiny wins that have become big changes.

Packing it up has been so emotional today. It’s weird seeing it empty, knowing this chapter’s finished 😭
But I’m so proud of what’s happened here and know the next family will love it as much as we have.

Now onto our new home and a new chapter 🤍

The results are in…..

1 week 100% on step 2 of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan 👏🏻

The hardest days for me were days 6-7 over the weekend because we were having a big house clear out, moving probably a lot more than I did in the week and the hunger was felt! But I stuck to it, as promised and just utilised the delicious pop squares on Saturday and Sunday and it got me through 💪🏻

For years I thought the only way to make progress was to track every single calorie and log every bite.
It worked at first…

I became obsessed with the numbers instead of learning about food.

If something didn’t fit my calories, I’d avoid it, even if it was a normal family meal or a slice of pizza with the kids. Eventually I realised that knowing roughly what my body needs, understanding portion sizes and staying consistent matters more than being “perfect” on a tracking app.

You can make incredible progress without counting forever but it starts by building awareness first, then trusting yourself.

This is exactly what I help my clients with: moving from tracking to balance, so they can enjoy their food and maintain their results long term 👏🏻

Day 4 on plan

Feeling so good. I’ve got more energy, not feeling too hungry and just generally feel in control!

I’m keeping things really simple this week, having similar things each day because it just makes life easier.

Convenience wins every time when I’m busy!

I’m doing this to show you exactly how it’s done, from being on plan, through each step, right up to maintenance. I’ll also be sharing how to handle real life along the way, events, meals out, all of it 👏🏻

12 stone down and 18 months maintaining it!

Day 2 on plan ✅
Actually managed a proper Step 2 day today, yey! 🎉

• Gingerbread latte ☕️
• Chicken mince, veg & cauliflower rice 🥦
• Halloween bar 🎃
• Chocolate mint bites 🍫
• 3L water 💧
• 1 cup of tea with skimmed milk ☕️

Feeling good and so much more organised today, amazing what a bit of prep can do. Still feeling ok as well, not too hungry yet. That will kick in tomorrow I’m sure but like I say any side effects only usually last a day or two (usually days 3-4) and then the buzz comes! So im looking forward to that.
