Farewell 2025, I couldn’t have done it without you🫵 💞. Without the wonderful people who turn up for classes, our little community would not exist. Please, never underestimate how valued your presence is, not just by me, but by everyone who comes along and shares the space with you. *You* make it all worthwhile and I hope that the personal rewards to your health and wellbeing continue to grow in 2026 and that the year ahead brings you everything you and your loved ones are hoping for.
