Enjoyed taking part on a zoom course with Foundation Training Instructors: UK these last few weeks, discovering a new approach to training and more importantly moving pain free, which many people struggle day to day.

In the last 12 months, I have seen more and more clients with back, shoulder and neck pain as a result of working from home in poor positions, hunched over a dining table or even from bed.

Have a read of this following link for a few tips, and become more aware of the pressure and strains you are placing upon your bodies.
