We offer a small group setting where you can receive personalised attention in a calm, friendly environment. Welcome to Room 8 Yoga – Eastwood’s new sanctuary for yoga and wellbeing! We’re excited to announce the opening of Room 8 Yoga, a cosy, intimate studio offering a range of yoga classes and weekend workshops, located in the heart of Eastwood within Maple House Clinic, on Alexandra Street. Led by Emma Saxton-Jones, who brings over 5 years of teaching experience from London and trained under renowned yoga master Ryan Spielman, Room 8 Yoga is your place to unwind, rejuvenate and deepen your yoga practice in a relaxing and welcoming space. Whether you're looking to explore the calming effects of yoga, improve flexibility, reduce aches and pains or experience the restorative benefits of Weekend Wind Downs, our studio offers something for everyone and every body, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. Starting with some breathing exercises and slow paced yoga to help release endorphins to encourage deep relaxation, we then guide you through a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation, finishing with some gentle stretching to slowly wake up the body.

Chair yoga offers a range of physical and mental benefits, from improved mobility, flexibility, pain management and balance to reduced stress and improved sleep. Chair yoga is low-impact movement which can help to improve overall range of movement, making everyday activities a little easier.

Accessible to everyone of all ages and levels of ability, chair yoga can be beneficial to anyone with limited mobility due to joint pain, chronic conditions such as arthritis, those recovering from or dealing with a chronic illness and those a little more mature in age who want to improve their range of movement. You might also just find being seated more comfortable than laying on the floor.

Everyone and every body is welcome.
