ROLE OVER VEIW :
As a team leader at Bridge house , you will play a crucial role not only leading a team but also ensuring the comprehensive well being of our residents through a multidisciplinary approach. You will liaise with doctors and other health care professionals to ensure that residents receive the necessary care to maintain their health and wellness.
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Dispense medications as specified on the MAR (medication administration Record) charts
•Supervise and mentor a team of enthusiastic professionals
• Organise and manage a workflow for optimal productivity
• Monitor team performance and report metrics
• Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE :
• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably in healthcare or related fields
•strong leadership and organisational skills
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
•Problem solving and aptitude and resilience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• A commitment to professional development and adaptation
