Our first phab session is Tommorow Friday 20th Feb. Rassau senior citizens hall. 5.30pm untill 7.30pm. £5 entry per individual. Everything on tuck shop £1. Raffle £2 a strip. Please bring change. Look forward to seeing you all.

Games.
Tuck shop. Nothing more than £3
A raffle. £3 a ticket over 30 prizes to be won.

It's our first birthday Friday. We will be having dominos. We have our very own DJ Dan wilmot in the house providing us with the top tunes, games, food, tuck shop, and raffle. Get your funk on and let's celebrate. Afternoon all. Whoo! We made it to one whole year of phab! I didnt have a clue how the club was going to work out. I would of been happy to help five individuals but now we have over 30 individuals. We ain't just a club we are a family and I've loved seeing everyone shine! We have our 1 year anniversary party. Friday 19th September 5.30pm until 7.30pm. rassau senior citizens hall. More details to follow.

Hands on experiences are so important for our individuals. Yesterdays session included hands on experience with animals. We seen individuals grow in confidence and conquer their fears. Our lovely abi definitely done this. At first she was a bit tearful and scared of the snake with a bit of encouragement from myself and support off others she conquered her fear by first of all just touching the snake, then having the tail of the snake on her to having the full snake! Well done abi! Absolutely super proud! X###xx
