Today, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of all those who have served—and continue to serve—in times of war, conflict, and peacekeeping.
At 11am, we observe a moment of silence to remember the fallen. Their bravery and dedication have shaped the freedoms we cherish today. We also reflect on the families, communities, and generations forever touched by their loss.

Music and fundraising is such an unbeatable combination, we are so grateful to the amazing group of talented people at the Blaenau Gwent Rhythm and Ukes who organised a Halloween fundraiser raising £235 for Hospice of the Valleys. Our Fundraising Manager Julie Williams was delighted to collect their fundraising and thank them for their ongoing support and got to hear them perform.

The Ukes are a wonderful and welcoming club, if you are interested in finding out more about their uplifting get meetings and joining them you can join and make contact through there page linked below. Our thanks again to Brian Wheeler, the Ukes Committee and Members from all at the Hospice.
