Focusing on Cultural Shamanism, Plant Medicine, Esoteric training and Ancient Wisdom, Ravenwood deliver a broad spectrum of varied material designed to capture the imagination of all those who walk a spiritual path, beginners and advanced alike. As authors in their fields of knowledge, both John and Victoria are passionate about working with people and passing on this wisdom first hand in a way that is innovative and compelling. With over 30 years’ experience, John and Victoria offer quality, practical and theoretical training, therapies, and experiences.

​Ravenwood is also a retail outlet with a wealth of crystals, books, apothecary, herbarium creating specialist products, along with gardens, experience field with native ponies, gallery space, refreshment area and plant medicine teaching garden. With tuition and workshops in a wide variety of Esoteric and Spiritual subjects, Ravenwood also offer their own Healing and Meditation space with Crystal, Colour, Sound, Art and Past Life Therapy being their expertise, along with all types of Meditation. Ravenwood are passionate about creating a difference in the world around us, because there is always hope for a brighter future.

Nettles are one of our finest Polycrest plants! That means they are super efficient at working with the body in all sorts of ways.

This Nutritional Powerhouse, high in iron, vit C, K and more, can also help with Inflammation modulating, diuretic qualities, antihistamine qualities, promoting healthy gut function, to name but a few!

You can use nettles as a daily tea, in Soups, pestos, cakes and more. Even the fibres are excellent for producing yarn!

Did you know that fig leaf tea is an excellent source of sugar management and cholesterol control, promoting good cholesterol production!
Add dried leaves to boiled water and taste with honey if needed or just enjoy the clean crisp coconutty natural flavour 😁
