David has successfully completed his travel training and is now able to travel independently to his Supported Internship. 🎉

This is a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of the progress David has made in building his confidence, independence, and life skills.

Being able to travel independently is an important step towards preparing for the world of work and future independence, and David should be incredibly proud of everything he has achieved.

Brodie had a fantastic first day with the gardening team at Clumber Parks Walled Kitchen Garden 🌿

After joining the morning team briefing and getting a tour of the site, Brodie got stuck straight into a variety of hands-on tasks. He worked alongside the groundworks team and volunteers to help clear branches from recently felled trees, supporting important work to keep the estate safe for visitors.

Throughout the day, Brodie also took on weeding, tool cleaning, and helping to keep the workspace organised. He showed a great attitude, willingness to learn, and worked well as part of the team.

When asked how he was finding the role, Brodie shared that he is: "really enjoying being outdoors and that he is looking forward to learning new tasks."

A brilliant start and we’re looking forward to seeing Brodie continue to grow in his new role. 🌱

Alex is learning the ropes at Brackenfield Alpacas 🦙✨

Alex is working alongside Farmer Vicky, using a clever rope technique to guide the alpacas safely into the right fields.

After just over a month in his placement, Alex has already come such a long way, building confidence, developing new skills, and really settling into his role 🙌

We’re so proud of his progress and can’t wait to see what he achieves next 🌟
